Our sword is our keyboard, our battle ground is our contract, our left and right boxing gloves are our brains and heart. Our rallying call will always be justice. We leave armchair lawyering to the highbrow practitioners as we roll up our sleeves and get in the trenches with our clients. Knowing oneself is to be focused. We defend our vision of legal practice with the intensity of a gladiator.

Passion

It’s our lifeblood. It awakens us in our sleep at 3 a.m., when others are sleeping, we eat, sleep, think and bleed law. We go into each legal challenge armoured with decades of daily preparation ready to take the first strike and never to shy away on the sidelines.

Integrity

It runs deep in all we do. We leave the idle chatter and sales jobs to others. We are straight shooters. We do what we say we are going to do and we don’t stop until we deliver. We are human. If ever we fall short, we don’t make excuses. We acknowledge and resolve challenges with sincerity and ownership.

Curiosity

It is our secret kryptonite. Combined with focus, passion and integrity, it is the challenge of a new complex legal matter or carving a new road that we trailblaze that keeps our work fresh even after decades in the business. We refuse to stagnate as we know death comes from standing still. We make, find and implement new rules and devise creative solutions as ways to add value to our everyday legal work.
